Congratulations on your decision to participate in a holistic waterski training program!  With the help of FlowPoint Method and your coaches, Marcus Brown and Jenny LaBaw, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your ski and wellness goals faster, safer and with maximum benefits. 

During your participation in this program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any sport, exercise and nutrition program, there are risks, including increased heart stress, joint stress, a chance of musculoskeletal injuries, digestive discomfort/changes, injury due to equipment (ski, boots, bindings, boat, exercise tools) etc. You understand that this is a virtually guided program and you must take responsibility for the safety of your personal environment, equipment and set up during any activities involved in the program. By voluntarily participating in the FlowPoint Method program you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disabilities that would preclude a water ski/exercise/nutrition/wellness program.

A physician’s examination and approval of participation is recommended for any individual with restrictions. Participants who DO NOT have a prior physician’s examination MUST acknowledge they have been informed of its importance. By signing below, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being. You acknowledge an understanding that FlowPoint Method and the coaches of the program assume no responsibility
